Return & Refund Policy
At Banu Traders, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
- Items with removed tags
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Return Process:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@banutradersltd.co.uk.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
